Driver – 5 Ton
A Class 5 license is great for this role, and at least 5 years of commercial driving experience. This position is responsible to ensure that client’s needs are met by way of moving, delivering, picking up products and materials pertaining to the client’s facilities in an efficient, safe and time sensitive manner. No two days will be the same as you will not just be a driver, you will also be assisting your team in any way possible.
What would a typical day look like if you worked for our team? Loading/unloading material and equipment; delivering furniture to the client’s site, working with the crew assembling products, loading/moving existing items between buildings; multiple pick-ups or paper shredding run. Guaranteed lots of variety as we don’t hire ‘just drivers’, we hire cross-functional employees!

Installer
We are looking for good people to join our team who know what a “return” is, can level a filing cabinet or hang an overhead, know what bit to use and more! You are also comfortable with heavy/odd shapes, stair carries and getting your hands dirty. This position is responsible for moving, loading, unloading and installation or set-up of furniture and other office related items. You will be the face of CSS on the customer site. You must be able to represent the company in a professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.

Lead Installer
Can you follow and understand assembly instructions and share that information with others? Do you enjoy exceeding customer expectations? Like to work with your hands? We are looking for good people to join our team who can assemble office furniture, level a filing cabinet or hang an overhead, and like to share what you know with others while working to exceed customer expectations, plus more! You are also comfortable with heavy/odd shapes, stair carries and getting your hands dirty.
To be a Lead Installer on our team, you do need at least 3 years prior experience as an installer with office furniture installations and moves.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work from blueprints, layouts, drawings, and floor plans to install system products
- Complete projects and/or service work
- Assist in the removal and installation of office furniture and components
- Reconfigure office spaces
- Perform carpentry including building desks, workstations, files, chairs, and other products
- Provide guidance on the job and train others as needed
