Brent and Jaclyn continue to take a very hands-on approach to their business. They work alongside their team in the field and the office each day. Many new hires are surprised when they are told of the owners’ open door policy and find out they really mean it. You can find Jaclyn and Brent answering phones or in the trucks, on-site, working closely with clients and the CSS team day in and day out.
CSS Office Solutions clients have come to rely on Brent for his expertise and his proven ability to find solutions and solve problems in ways they hadn’t previously considered. CSS clients know when they talk to Brent that they are getting the very best advice and
service. He genuinely cares about clients’ pain points and works hard to solve them. Brent’s in-depth knowledge of the products serviced and sold by CSS has taken his expertise directly from the end user to in front of production lines of various manufacturers. Brent also collaborates with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure consistency on each site, every time.
Brent and Jaclyn understand that they need to continually be growing and learning to provide the most for the CSS team and clients. Jaclyn is part of the CEO Mentor program run by the
Calgary Chamber of Commerce, and a similar mentoring program with the
Women Presidents’ Organization. She’s also a subject matter advisor to the
Alberta Women Entrepreneurs Peer Spark Program attendees. Brent’s sister Jennifer is the Operations Manager and recently became a Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator (COEE). Jaclyn’s brother, Justin, has been busy with many roles within the company for over 6 years. Since there is no set education program for all that makes up CSS Office Solutions, many of the staff work as mentors supporting fellow team members as they grow and learn.
CSS Office Solutions has grown beyond Calgary and the surrounding area, now servicing much of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. Future plans for CSS include opening a second location in Edmonton, expanding their reach, and always adding to their offered services as the needs of our clients grow and change.
